Subsequently, all things must change. That’s how we felt about this restorative transformation project. The apartment is small in size, but nevertheless it should feel spacious. Its natural qualities were breathtaking, uninterrupted views over the city, no facing facades and magical direct sunlight throughout the day. Big changes were made to the floorpan to create a separate bedroom, including moving and rebuilding the kitchen. Custom storage solutions were crucial to integrate and all of the details were thoroughly researched to historically suit the iconic nature of the (grade 2 listed) 1930´s building.
