FOUGSTADSGATE 2

In a converted electricity conversion station on a hilly part of central Oslo lies this 70sqm loft. Previously given off the shelf surface materials like yellow parquet and punch-through thin plaster boards, this space was brought back to its original beauty of thick and raw concrete structure. Showing the infrastructure of the pipes and rebar felt historically important to the space. Its residents, an artist and designer needed light and bare walls in order to house their collection of self-made objects. Stainless steel and high-gloss floors reflects the light thought the space.
